Hotel holiday rentals in Attica

Amazing, unfortunately for us chairs on the roof do a lot of noise inside the flat. They also ask to let cash inside the flat when you are leaving cause of new staying taxes but you already pay taxes on the website. Except this the second floor flat is great

Everything was perfect! Clean, good AC and amazing view of the bay and the sea. There is a beautiful cove to swim nearby and the main sandy beach is a 20 min walk down the hill. There you can find all kinds of great food and drinks, etc. You can also get a ride to and from with Nikos. Eirini, Nikos and Anthoula were amazing hosts. They really take good care of you!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

It was a room like from another era. Inside the castle. You leave the car outside and it has a little walking but it was a fantastic experience❤️

We liked the apartment very much

We were well greeted and nicely hosted at the hotel. Wonderful plants outside with nice flowers smells. The perfect place to relax for a weekend. Note: Rent a scooter if you go there

Xenon Estate is spectacular. At the top of a hill (you do need a moped, quad or e-bike) with a stunning view, gorgeous lovingly manicured grounds (best we saw on the island), and pool. Alex and Harmeet (who, with his wife, manages the property) were incredibly helpful and we needed that help! I neglected to reserve seats on the ferry from Piraeus to Spetses — oops! —and Alex saved the day by arranging a last minute taxi from Athens Airport to Kosta and then a water taxi to the island. Phew! When we arrived at the house the kitchen was fully stocked for breakfast (eggs, bacon, breas, cheese, turkey, butter, coffee, milk, water) — remarkable kindness. And then Harmeet helped us secure a quad on a busy holiday weekend when all rental shops were empty. He also helped us get dinner reservations for three nights and arrange a car to deliver our luggage to the ferry. All in all the kind of service a guest could dream of. We are so appreciative of Xenon Estate and the team there — thanks!

Great apartments, well appointed, owned and designed by an architect, so amazing attention to detail with beautiful decorations, everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Always someone on reception too to help. Beautiful rooftop too

We just spent one night here for a layover. However, you could easily make this a destination. The home is even nicer than described. The pool and backyard area look like they belong in a magazine. The location is a 2 minute walk from the sea, 5 minutes to a beach and 10 minutes to all kinds of restaurants. Wish I could've stayed longer. The host was even kind enough to arrange our pick up from and transfer to the airport. Book this place with confidence.

Everything was great ! Sotiris was personally present upon our arrival and took us to our room. The room was very nice and clean and has stunning views right on the sea. Since we were there in April, it was a little chilly at night and we immediately got warm blankets upon request!!! Coffee and jam were also always refilled. You can walk wonderfully on the beach and there is in the immediate vicinity, about 10 minutes' walk, a large supermarket, some cafes and restaurants right on the beach and sea. A pastry shop, a giechic deli, mini market, pizzeria and Selfsevice restaurant are reachable in a few minutes' walk. It is a very pleasant and quiet area. Actually only locals and almost no tourists. Athens is easy to get to by bus and then metro. The station can be reached in a few minutes' walk and you drive about 1 hour. All in all a TOP location!!! We'd love to come back !

It is located conveniently near the airport and is relatively close to a metro station. It is a nice place to stay if you want to stay in a quiet calm area.

We loved our stay at Constantina's place and would definitely return when back in Athens. The location was convenient to many great restaurants and things to do and see in the city. The only negative that other reviewers have already mentioned is the late night noise. We stayed over a weekend and we were woken up in the middle of the night by noise from the street below. It is a pedestrian street, but there are many bars nearby and I guess patrons tend to spill over into the surrounding streets at closing. Overall, it was a great stay!

Absolutely Incredible Stay Near the Acropolis! We had an unforgettable experience at this Airbnb. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Acropolis and all the major historic sites. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly welcoming. The view around was breathtaking. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

10/10 Stay! The Hostel was located close the all the sightseeing spot. The room was perfect for the pice and the host and other guest were friendly aswell. Would stay there again ;)

We loved the decor, the high ceilings, the roof deck, the patio, and so much more. The location was great, easy walking distance to Metro, restaurants, and more. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped. There was plenty of space for our party of six to spread out and be comfy. Panagiotis is so kind and helpful, always quick to respond to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would happily stay again.
