Ideally located just 1 km from the great forest of Orléans, 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire and the center of Orléans. The house is composed of a fully equipped kitchen that overlooks a living room. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet and a very spacious bedroom. You can also enjoy the terrace for dining. Parking provided for one car.

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, a 40 m2 house located in Nonville, a village in the Lunain Valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).
