Terrace with Brasero overlooking the garden, absolutely quiet, not overlooked, with a 9x4M boulodrome, cabin on stilts / slides/XXL trampoline, swimming pool. The basement nightclub is a vaulted cellar where you can dance and have fun without worrying about disturbing the neighbors! One of a kind! Great seminar / team building! Rest at Les Granges, in an old dairy farm and filming location of the film "Petit Paysan" directed by our son. The cottage has been restored in the Champagne style – the place located in a hamlet is very quiet and you will live among our horses. Lake Der is 8 km away - All comforts: one TV per room. Electricity is extra. Read the house rules carefully. Free firewood. No pets in the bedrooms, please. Linens provided and beds made. Mosquito nets everywhere.
