This home has a French feel to it, built especially for a family and entertaining in mind. Outdoor living includes an astro turf tennis court and infinity pool set on 2.5 acres of landscaped grounds. Entertaining outside includes use of furniture, heater, weber and gas BBQ and large outdoor dining table, music system and lighting. There is luxury studio available upon request during summer at a special rate if you have booked the house - ref to Maota luxury studio to preview, message me to book.

Pool and Beach Fun

Well set out home away from home, with pool, aircon & short walk to stunning beach just 600m away. Large park for the kids a flat 200m walk or bike ride away. New kitchenette with microwave and air fryer/benchtop oven, jug and toaster or dine at the array of restaurants 2ks away in Orewa. One bedroom set up with a queen and 1 or 2 singles, 2 lounges, one with sofa bed. Large shower and laundry with washer & dryer. A great space, quiet & private under my home with carpark & private entrance.

Your home away from home - completely self-contained with own entrance. Close to cafes and restaurants on Jervois & Ponsonby Roads. Supermarket at the top of the road. Easy access to public transport to CBD & Newmarket, Zoo. Westhaven Marina is a scenic stroll away - or minutes away by car. Lovely Home Bay Beach is at the bottom of our road. One block away is Salisbury Reserve with kiddies playground. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.

Fantail Inn a Place of Serenity

Stylish peaceful stand-alone studio, set away from main home. Native bush setting. If you're looking for a complete getaway and then Fantail is the studio for you. Please note before booking. We are unable to accept pet accommodation and children. Phone service is a bit hit and miss. Wi-Fi is available (not on fibre) on an unsecured network, unfortunately, rural areas can be not that reliable at times.
