Our Air Con penthouse makes the most of Auckland, right on the water, city views, easy stroll to town & ferrys. but located in Wynyard Quarter so without all the noise of the viaduct area. Lovely 2 bedroom condo with patio

Enjoy a stylish experience in this perfectly located spot. This is my permanent residence, however while I go away, I look to rent it out so others can enjoy it. Walking distance (400m) to some of Auckland's best restaurants / bars on Ponsonby Road means you're never far from what Auckland has to offer. Great shopping is close by, as is Eden Park. The stunning West Coast beaches are only 40mins drive, and the beautiful North Shore is only 15 minutes drive.
