Holiday rentals with a balcony in Auckland

Great host and lovely place

The unit is efficiently and beautifully designed to meet all functions required for a long term stay with great outdoor views. We really liked how strategic the location of the place and we easily felt at home right away. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely few nights in Auckland, staying here at Roger’s place. We were truly impressed by all the very special and thoughtful touches. We would not have had the same experience at a random hotel in the city! Check-in was very easy, and there was champagne and grapes awaiting us which was delightful. I also appreciated the other treats such as the cold drinks in the fridge. The use of the space is very clever, with the mini kitchen and an espresso machine which got me going every morning! Roger was also very friendly and helpful. I found myself wanting to spend more time chilling than exploring the city (although we obviously still did, but note that it is a good distance from the CBD so ideally hire a car. Ubers back and forth daily proved costly!) It was such a lovely space, with elements of luxury throughout. You can tell that Roger has thought of everything possible to make for the best, and most enjoyable experience. Thank you so much Roger for being such a wonderful host!

A thoroughly enjoyable stay. The cottage is exactly as described. Compact, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all we needed. It's a very quiet and peaceful place. A bit of a drive to the beach and more to shops so a car is pretty much required. Steve's recommendation of trails (sorry, tracks) was spot on. The Te Henga trail is spectacular, even though it is shortened due to a two year old slip. We would definitely return.

Wonderful location, down the street from the best restaurants and neighborhood in new zealand. Small kitchen but who wants to use it with such great places nearby!

Wonderful stay in Nicki’s lovely home. Easy walk to the Newmarket shops and restaurants. Beautifully decorated and all the amenities. Nicki is a wonderfully responsive host and very accomodating

Awesome stay, clear and hassle free check in and out. Was exactly how it was advertised and great amenities with the pool and gym. Central location in Auckland City made getting around easy on foot or in Uber. Place was secure, clean tidy and modern.

Our stay was wonderful! The flat was everything that we needed for a weekend or in Auckland. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. The view from the patio was both City and a slice of the harbor which we loved. It was a particularly warm and muggy first day in the flat, but the air conditioner worked perfectly. We had been worried that it was going to be difficult to get the keys from the shop next-door because we didn’t know what we could do with our car while retrieving the flat and parking garage keys (because I’m disabled). This wasn’t a problem as there is a loading zone right in front of the building and the shop where we got our keys. We also rented a parking space from Betty (about a block from the building). It’s a very short walk to get back to the apartment building, so unless you have disability issues like me and my partner, this is very easy to use. We had a little bit of trouble with the walk back with our luggage because of our unique situation.

Lots of great amenities made this spot perfect for a three night stay. We took advantage of a well stocked kitchen to make breakfast and a couple of light meals. And I always appreciate the use of a hairdryer!
