Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Auckland

Thanks Brad, we loved your place at Whangapoua, such a great spot! Definitely somewhere we’d like to come back, loved the house and area - has a lovely feel and something for everyone in the family!

A fabulous stay of five days - made even better by a spell of great weather and wall to wall sunshine. Beautiful and varied beaches all nearby, from Waipu through to Te Arai. Accommodation layout perfect for family, children and grandparents allowing a bit of separation. Peaceful & private location. Well equipped. Lovely high ceiling living space with excellent indoor/outdoor area. Minor access issue caused by 3 year old swiftly fixed by Sarah with the minimum of fuss, for which we were very grateful.

On point. The house was stocked with everything you need for a really enjoyable time. Location second to none. Made for a very relaxing holiday to recharge for the time ahead. Thank you for opening your home up to us. We would love to come back. Doggies say thank you too 🤗

Amazing views from a well laid out compact house with huge deck space. The house has all amenities needed for a short or long stay. Bob and Jess were great hosts, quick to respond to any questions, checking in was easy. Wonderfully central to anything on the eastern side of the Coromandel Peninsula. Would love to come back again. Recommended.

Lisa was so lovely, and we loved staying at her place. It was even better than the photos! An amazing kitchen for cooking, a pool, a spa, and spacious comfortable areas throughout made for the perfect getaway. Lisa was super friendly and helpful throughout, we would absolutely stay here again.

We had such a great time at Chloe and Ben's. It was clean and spacious, 1 min walk (if that) to the estuary and five minutes to the lovely surf beach so you could visit several times a day. It didn't need to be a big complicated affair as it was so easy to nip back to the house for food etc. The shower was awesome - very strong pressure. Everything was provided - linen, blankets, pillows, glasses, cutlery etc and all in great condition - and the kitchen was well equipped, including dishwasher and lots of good pans. Loved that we could eat outside on the deck, there was a fenced yard for the dog to run (he was in heaven), plus a trampoline, barbecue and fire pit. The view from the deck was stunning, and the overall vibe of the place was so friendly - from other holidaymakers with kids to the people working at the campsite. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful surroundings with a nice view of active farm. There’s a booklet of detailed “things to do” on the table which was helpful. We enjoyed bush walk in the private property and gone to nearby beach to collect some pipis. Loved our stay.

We spent NYE at Agata's place and had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is very modern and clean and just recently built. You also have an outside kitchen and a beautiful landscape around the house. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. If you look for a quiet place away from the rush of the city, you're just right here!

Other then an extremely unreliable WIFI connection this place was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here :)

We found the house to be as described, even more. It was spacious with a nice view from both the living room and the bedroom. The neighborhood was very quiet and a short drive to the city center. It was very easy to communicate with Vanessa. We would love to stay at the same place if we visit Auckland again.

Fabulous host - clean apartment and very well stocked

Peter’s AirBNB is gorgeous and well stocked. He was friendly, responsive, and on premise much of our stay (which is a private section of his home), but also great about giving us privacy. We especially enjoyed the pool and charming garden spaces - as well as the breakfast food and tea/coffee provided. A few notes that weren’t fully clear to me before arriving: >Washer is on site but generally not for guest use (though we got the OK to do a couple loads when we asked) > There is no living room or indoor common area of the Airbnb space. > There are gorgeous outdoor spaces with shade covering to enjoy for meals at home - but only bedroom/hallway space available indoors for “hang out space” > The Rotary walk area is easily accessible from this space - and the views are even better than the pictures :)

Really enjoyed my stay, perfect location if you want to be close to the centre of Howick. Clear instructions, private. Peaceful, nice quiet Aircon, super comfy bed and pillow. Has everything you need. Very organised, well thought out. Good communication, Ali really cares about his guests having a great stay. Awesome value, I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Our stay at Tui & Nikau was beautiful. The place is so serene, private, and peaceful, and the accommodation had everything we needed and more. The hosts were super helpful and made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend!

This place was so much more beautiful than expected. Adele made everything so comfortable and exceeded expectations, making us lots of goodies upon arrival and preparing the hot tub so it was warm for us. The place itself is so perfect, gorgeous views and modern feel whilst still feeling natural and peaceful. We only stayed for a weekend but could’ve easily spent a week and still wouldn’t have felt long enough. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so so much Adele ☺️

We loved our 3 night stay at Linda's place, great location, spotlessly clean and homely. The beds are very comfortable and the home is well equipped. Linda was a great host !

Our roadtrip took an unexpected change in route so we unfortunately didn't make it out to Rachel's place (which we were very bummed about given how cozy and characterful the log style home it!). When I reached out to Rachel she was very understanding, responsive, friendly and even tried to work with us and be flexible with our arrangement- something she was not at all obligated to do. Next time around, we will try to come back- the surrounding area looks enchanting and we are anxious to explore Coromandel Peninsula!! Rachel was extremely helpful too!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was a beautiful location with pretty surrounds including rows of lavender, calves and an avocado orchard. The cottage itself is a real gem with natural timbers, high quality bedding, lovely cotton robes and everything you need. Its decorated with an elegant and minamailst style. Our hosts go above and beyond with providing fruit and breakfast and other little treats like chocolate. It has a relaxed feel here and we felt the wow factor when entering. Thanks so much, will return for sure. Sue is a kind host who is helpful and was accommodating with our needs.
