With 50 square metres of living space, it offers room for up to 4 people. The suite, which can be reached by lift, offers a dining/living area, luxury branded kitchen and master bedroom. The spacious wellness shower room boasts a large walk-in shower. All furnishings are high-quality branded products.

The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.

Chic apartment in the old town

We have been renting out our holiday flat, which is in a quiet but central location (e.g. a 5-minute walk to the market or St. Annen Church), since November 2015. So far, we have welcomed over 1,000 guests :)
