Monthly Rentals in Ault Island

This is the second time we have stayed here. The place is located within minutes of everything and is very nice! Highly recommended!

I have stayed here at Nancy's place 4-5 times. I travel to the north country for work a lot. It is a great place to stay, always clean. Host is very caring and responsive, even making sure to clear the drive and sidewalks as soon as it snows. The host and I were kidding back and forth about me writing a review(I generally don't write reviews).... I told her no because I wanted to keep this gem for myself! It really is a home away from home and the Host's make the beautiful stay even better.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ashley’s. The space was exactly as described. Lots of space for the kids to play. It did not seem like a basement space at all, very bright. We highly recommend this place for a one night stay or multi night! Ashley was a great host and was very responsive to any questions we had, she gave clear instructions for entry and outlined what the space came with and any add on features.

Great place. Stocked with helpful supplies. Nice environment! overall an amazing experience. the recommendations list for the area was helpful as well.
