Best location. Quiet. Spacious. Ski-in ski-out Hahnenkamm/Streif. 500 meters from the center. Newly renovated. Garden and views. Private ski instructor from the house. The apartment overlooking the Hahnenkamm train is located at the end of the legendary Streif downhill. Right on the Streif hiking trail and the Hahnenkamm mountain bike trail. The Rasmushof golf course is 500 m away. The cozy, newly renovated 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor with exit to the garden and is very bright. Parking is available.

Quiet, cozy furnished apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.
