On a closed and secure plot: Automated gate giving access to the common courtyard at our main residence. A parking space is reserved for you as well as a sheltered parking space for bicycles, motorcycles and trailers. You will have a private enclosed garden with direct and autonomous access from the living room.

Treat yourself to a moment of absolute relaxation in this unique accommodation with its private Jacuzzi and the possibility of a personalized romantic package. For one night or more, you will be a few steps from the center of Saint-Léonard. You will stay in a large studio located in an old building made of half-timbered accessible on one level. On the banks of the Vienne, you have access to the garden, the terrace, and the banks of the Vienne for walks. You can park your bikes and motorcycles safely.

L' Aure

Le prix est basé sur un minimum de 2 nuits. Pour les weekends de Pâques, Ascension et Pentecôte un minimum de 3 nuits s'applique. Pendant les vacances d'été un minimum de 7 nuits s'applique et un minimum de 4 nuits s'applique pour Noël. L'Aure couvre presque 200 m2 (5 chambres et 3 salles de bains) et peut accueillir 10 personnes. C'est un beau, spacieux maison qui est idéal pour les grands groupes. La maison n'étant pas complètement terminée comme les finitions (garage, clôture de terrrain).

Het huis is geschikt voor 6 personen. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 'bedstee' met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijke zithoek met houtkachel en een moderne uitgeruste keuken. De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

Discover and enjoy our "Le Repaire" accommodation! Located on the ground floor, Le Repaire has been ideally designed to spend a pleasant and unique time. You have the option to take bus line 6 or 10 from the train station. Allow 12 minutes for the trip. The bus stop is about 50 m from the accommodation! If you have a vehicle, parking is easy and free around the accommodation. You have a public charging station 100 m from the building.

This accommodation offers easy access to the city's must-see sites: 300 m from the train station (4 min walk) and 1 km from Galeries Lafayette (12 min walk), this apartment is ideal for a business or tourist stay. Designed to accommodate 4 people, it has a bedroom with a 160 bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer) and the bathroom includes a washer-dryer.

Quiet, 1 min from the A20 highway, independent studio in the basement of our house including: washer and dryer, microwave, TV, stove, fridge, coffee maker. Sofa bed (new and comfortable mattress) 160 x 200. On request can be provided free of charge: baby cot, baby sheets and our garage can be used as a storage place if needed. Ideal for short stays or overnight stays on the way to vacation.
