The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Enjoy the wide view from the dike to the Ems estuary and the Dollart. Fresh sea air included. An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

Our vacation home is located in the old village center of Petkum, close to the ferry terminal to Ditzum. From here you can enjoy the vastness of East Frisia on both sides of the Ems - whether on foot or by bike or while fishing on one of the many canals (with guest card) or while watching the wild geese. Culturally, Emden also has plenty to offer (art gallery, state museum, ...).

Parking is sufficient on the property (4 cars possible). Central location, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity. If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

New-build holiday apartment / site worker’s accommodation, North Sea

Here you will enjoy living in a converted barn that was formerly a horse stable. It is a unique cozy living space that brings a harmonious atmosphere. The North Sea beach Bensersiel and harbor are about 20 minutes by car. We have an interesting climbing forest here about 5 minutes away by car and the Moor Forest across the street from the apartment. Ideal for humans and furry friends :)
