Means that you will not find a classic holiday apartment, but a private accommodation. Which, of course, is a jackpot because you have all kinds of amenities. It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Welcome in our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.

The bookable

The Bookbar is bookable and is an original Mongolian yurt, which stands in a 2000 sqm large natural garden. She immediately takes the guest to another distant world and lets him scold, like in a palace from 1001 and one night. In the book bar there are about 200 picture books for the little guests and a beautiful book box for adults to browse, look at and read and to lend.

Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
