Just a 5-minute walk to downtown, the apartment located on the 1st floor is bright and quiet, with secure access, via a courtyard with balcony. The apartment is 70 m2 and has a very nice living room with fully equipped open kitchen, balcony, 4K HD TV (Bein, Canal+, etc.), washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine.
