Pleasant quiet studio close to the city center.

Ground floor studio ( access on one side through the stairwell and on the other side by 6 steps on the garden side). Close to the city center, train station and hospital. Sleeping in 140 on the mezzanine (be careful you do not stand on the mezzanine). Very quiet. Shops nearby. Equipped with WIFI. Our place is decorated and equipped so you feel at home.
