On the ground floor, the accommodation includes a kitchen, a living room. On the first floor, a bedroom and bathroom. A staircase leads to the second floor under the roof where there is a second bedroom. Independent accommodation with garden. The pool with views of the Lot Valley is shared with the owners, unheated and available from May to September.

This modest home has been completely renovated on both levels, in a cocooning spirit, from the garden (with plancha/sheltered poolside aperitif area) to the 3 attic bedrooms.
