Idylliq presents the magnificent "Domaine des 2 étangs" located in the heart of Le Perche just 1.5 hours from Paris. Spread over 2 houses, La Bergerie and L'Atelier, it can accommodate up to 28 people. The 2 houses can also be rented separately. Wooded park, pond with pedal boat, heated pool, games, this is the perfect place to gather in the green for families or friends. In winter, the stoves, the billiards table, the 2 large lounges and the games room will allow you to spend convivial evenings.

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

Then comfortably seated on the terrace at sunset or on the sofa in front of the Norvegian stove, taste the Perche products with family or friends.
