Restaurant and shops are in the immediate vicinity of the guest house. The holiday apartment/house was completely rebuilt in 2022. It features underfloor cooling and split air conditioning, as well as satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The large terrace faces west. The kitchen is equipped with a fully automatic coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, and induction cooktop. Large folding doors allow the living room to be fully opened to the terrace. The apartment has a separate parking space with direct, ground-level access.
