Für unsere Wohnung fällt die Ortstaxe von 1,50 Euro pro Person / Nacht an. Diese wird wie üblich vor Ort bezahlt.

The apartment is located directly on the idyllic promenade along the Eisack with historic, colorful houses as well as the "Rappanlagen" park.

The Chalet Ortles flat is located in San Valentino on the Haide (San Valentino alla Muta) and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The modern and elegant accommodation consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for two people and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person and 1 bathroom, thus offering space for 5 people. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, a satellite and cable TV, a baby cot and a high chair.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Relax with the whole family at this natural place to stay. The property is nestled in nature. Directly behind the house is a forest and in front of it flows the Eggentaler Bach. It offers outdoor parking and a large playground for children with trampoline. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the bus station (15 minutes in Bolzano). In 15 minutes you can also reach the hiking areas around the Latemar (Obereggen), Lavazepass, Rosengarten area, etc.).

We offer our house in Alleghe. It is just in the center in the old village square. Baker, supermarket, butcher, sports shops are only a few steps away. The lift station and the lake can be reached on foot in 2 to 3 minutes. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also parking in front of the house. The location of the house is an ideal base for hiking and biking in summer and skiing in winter. Short ways to all activities.

The 60 m² apartment for up to 6 people has a spacious kitchen and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower and 2 bedrooms. The beds in the bedrooms are made of pine wood. Amenities: bed linens, towels, dish towels, cutlery, dishes, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, satellite TV. Playground for children available. A sunbathing area with sun loungers, tables, benches and a grill are at your disposal.

In the mill

Our small romantic mill room is set amid gardens, apple orchards and vineyards. The mill is located in our yard, right next to a small creek - relaxation in the middle of the countryside. If the nights become cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse parlor by the tile stove before crawling up in the mill under the cuddly ceiling.
