The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Nestled in a basin between the enchanting Dolomite peaks, such as the Sassolungo, Catinaccio-Rosengarten, Latemar, Monzoni and Bocche groups, our house is located in Moena in the heart of Val di Fassa at 1250 meters above sea level. Ten minutes from the center on foot, the house enjoys a privileged panoramic and quiet position, an excellent starting point for trips and numerous excursions a few hundred meters from the entrance of the Provincial State Road.

Beautiful apartment furnished in a traditional way to guarantee the true atmosphere of the farm of yesteryear, but with all modern comforts. Positioned on the middle floor, it reveals a panorama of serene woods, two tranquil mountain lakes, and the majestic Brenta Dolomites. Inside, the charm of oak wood, the enveloping warmth emitted by the wood stove, and subtle decorations complete the welcoming atmosphere of a modern mountain retreat.

Southtyrol: alpine chalet without electricity

The house has no WIFI nor electricity but is still very comfy. It's the perfect retreat for people who want have a digital detox, enjoy nature and just hear their heartbeat. We prefer groups of 4 people or more, bookings for only 2 people possible upon request and with surcharge. We do not rent the house to only one person. Therre is a subcharge for dogs per night.
