Formally a fortified castle “Fort de La Bastide “ was constructed on the site of a Roman military station. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

A large authentic style manor, located between the vineyards of Beaune and those of the “Côte Chalonnaise”, spacious enough to welcome your family or friends and discover the great wines, gastronomy and charm of Burgundy and its villages. This old vineyard house with a lot of character can easily accommodate up to 14 people. There is a heated pool with large terraces that offers lovely views accross the park. The pool is equipped with a safety cover and an outdoor pool shower.

15th century castle, converted into a comfortable gîte on the east side. You have a private heated swimming pool open from May to September, a private sauna and a courtyard for meals or evenings in peace. Large dining room with kitchenette, small living room, 1 fully vaulted bedroom for 2 people, toilet. Upstairs, large living room, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and LED bathtub, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed, 1 bathroom. No parties allowed.

The Coquelicot gîte 4 stars, is accessible by a wooden staircase which leads to a large south-facing terrace with breathtaking views of the swimming pool, the Château de Bournazel and the rolling Aveyron countryside in the background. The cottage is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. The cottage has a private outdoor jacuzzi with a view of the castle: To share: heated swimming pool (closed from October to May), gym/games room and pétanque court.
