Large duplex apartment WITHOUT ANY SHARED SPACES (which was not the case before). Four generous ensuite rooms full of French vintage charm and elegant decor, spacious open-plan sitting room and kitchen and a large terrace with garden views. A perfect escape with family or friends in the bucolic countryside of Auvergne, between the Foret des Colettes and the Sioule gorges. Pleasant room in a quiet detached house with outdoor space where you can rest, eat and enjoy the mountain views. A 5-minute walk from the village of Volvic, close to the start of trails and hikes. We are a 20-minute drive from Clermont-Ferrand and 15 minutes from Vulcania. You will have a private entrance through the garden and a private bathroom. Everything is wheelchair accessible. Closed private parking for car or motorcycle.

Round room set in the holm oaks above the stream with a suspended terrace. Bathtub, toilet, sink, double bed. The cabin is located above the Lou Abeilhs farmhouse with a bird's eye view of the valley. To access it from the parking lot there is a small path of 150 m and about forty steps. To share with another couple, on the large terrace at the bottom an outdoor kitchen, fully equipped, is at your disposal.
