15 m2 room with independent entrance, private shower room and toilet. On the ground floor of a recent house in a beautiful, very quiet subdivision. Ideal location in case of parties at the Château de la Gallée: walking back by private road. Nespresso coffee machine and kettle available. Dedicated crockery for the bedroom. Wi-Fi internet. The farmhouse of Alzon has 3 buildings connected by a squid (ancient Roman way) The squid has been completely restored with noble materials such as stone, glass and steel. You can enjoy the park, the swimming pool without time constraint. Located close to Barjac « Renaissance City» 5km, Vallon Pont d 'Arc 5km, Ardèche Gorges, Chauvet Cave and Uzès 35/40 mn. It's a very quiet place. The view is exceptional and the activities in the area are plentiful.
