900 sq ft quiet and bright air-conditioned luxury loft, with private parking space. Sandrine - a well-known Lyonnaise interior designer - has entirely redesigned and decorated her apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the city (the metro is 5 minutes’ walk) and the trendy and authentic neighborhood of “la Croix Rousse” has numerous chic or bohemian restaurants, terraces, cafés, and shops and a daily food market. The dressing room is a penthouse apartment, rooftop with upscale amenities. You can enjoy 60 m² for a maximum of 2 people, with a queen-size double bed. Comfort and tradition: exposed timber frame, air conditioning, fibre-optic internet and a range of TV channels, fully equipped kitchen, carefully selected décor, display of works of art, terrace, balcony, private parking available for an additional charge. Jacuzzi shared with La Tour, our other apartment.

We do not accept guests without reviews or with incomplete profiles.

Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our recently refurbished 25 m² studio, all comforts on a wooded property with pond, waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).
