The cottage "L'Etude" is housed in a beautiful quercynoise house, very bright, 110m2 on 2 levels. Separate fitted kitchen, large living room with sofa and TV 102 cm Large room of 45m2 upstairs with parental bed 160x200cm at one end and sofa bed quality 140x190cm at the other end. Shower room with large walk-in shower and toilet. Air conditioning. Private heated pool in 5x5m Jacuzzi access included all the year. Black truffle market at Lalbenque.
