Der kleine Flur führt in das Wohnzimmer mit kleiner Kochnische (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Doppel-Induktionskochplatte). Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr, Töpfe, Gewürze, Öl, Essig vorhanden. Schlafzimmer: 160 x 200 cm Doppelbett, Kommode und Kleiderstange. Bad mit Dusche und WC. WLAN. Parkplatz.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Beautiful 2-room accommodation with private bathroom (without window, ventilation, as terraced house) in the basement of my house. 10 minutes by bus/car/bike to the city or to the main train station. The hallway between the rooms will be entered by me every now and then to get into the boiler room. You are right in nature. Restaurants, bakery with grocery store, brewery, wine bars can be reached in five minutes. Free street parking. Generally very quiet area, no cars at the house.

The pedestrian zone of Trier and all the sights of the city are within walking distance and are in the immediate vicinity. The university is a few minutes by bus. Bus connection to the university in the immediate vicinity, as well as three supermarkets and a cafe.

The fully equipped apartment is located in the central city center of Trier. It is a three-minute walk from the Porta Nigra and thus in the central pedestrian zone of Germany's oldest city. The apartment was completely renovated in summer 2019. Shopping facilities of all kinds, bars, restaurants, museums and the train station are within walking distance. Hosting is a matter close to our hearts. We go to great lengths to make our guests feel at home.

The apartment offers every comfort. Everything is available via parquet floor, underfloor heating, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, 40-inch HD TV to the mini library. Of course, free Wi-Fi is included. Sleeping is on a 140 cm box spring bed and a super cozy 130 cm sofa bed. The private, private bathroom with underfloor heating is located door to the door to the living area. My apartment and another room are separated by a hallway.

The atmosphere in the east quarter of Trier is familiar and scenic. The pedestrian zone with all the sights, museums and shopping, train station, but also nature, vineyards and beautiful hiking, everything is within 10 minutes almost at the doorstep. A convenience store, bakery, wine shop, a 24-hour gas station and a burger and pizza take-away... are all around the corner! As well as the train station and bus stop.
