Historic Villa from 1908, built to become a lemon and orange essence factory, which grew in the vast citrus grove owned by the villa. Subsequently renovated, the villa was divided into two houses of 110 square meters each. It is in fact possible to book both houses that can accommodate up to 8/9 people. There is an intimate internal courtyard and a large outdoor garden all available for guests. The two villas have a different style, one is modern and the other is classic. The first, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is characterized by a modern style, with exposed stone walls and wooden trusses, and by a beautiful and warm living area, which includes a modern kitchen, with a breakfast bar, 55-inch TV, large sofa for relaxing with a breakfast bar, a large table for lunches and dinners and small design details. Two bedrooms, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, and an attic overlooking the living area. There are therefore two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts. The other villa, more classic and intimate, is characterized by an antique style, also with stone walls and wooden trusses. There is an impressive fireplace, which is the heart of the living area. An intimate kitchen for breakfasts and aperitifs and a large table for lunches and dinners. This villa also has two bedrooms, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, where there is air conditioning, and the other an attic overlooking the living area, equipped with a Polifemo Ion refrigerator. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts.

There's one bed room (ask if you need a baby bed) with a double queen size bed. One spacious bathroom and a kitchen. A full furnished apartment with everything you need, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine dishes. The terrace has a unique view, perfect for dinners and an aperitivo at sunset. Over looking on the small bay the east view and the west view overlooking on the mountains, if you're lucky you'll be able to see the Volcano Etna. I use to live on the same floor, in another apartment at the next door Archeological park is 10 min walk, the bus station and train station are 5 min walk, beach and historical sites in less then 10 min walk.
