Monthly Rentals in Avramis

Pelekas is a sleepy, Disney-like village at the time of our stay (at the beginning of April), where you can get to the holiday faels very quickly. There is a nested minimarket, a sweet bakery, bus station, the Pelekas grill and a pub. Completely enough and the beach is a little hike away. By car (you absolutely need) we could almost perfectly leave the beautiful island from here. We had a very nice stay. The check-in was very uncomplicated and the hosts accommodating, everything was explained to us well and could quickly settle in with the fantastic view (sunny side). The place was a bit dusty at first, but that was probably because we were the first guests this season, otherwise everything was really perfect. You have a lot more equipment in the house than expected and is received very sweetly with little things by guest gifts. Would come back anytime! Thanks

We had a wonderful stay at Spiros’s place in Corfu — it truly exceeded our expectations. Although listed as apartments, it felt much more like a private house, with lots of space and a lovely homely feel. Spiros and his family were exceptional hosts. They took such great care of us throughout our visit — from the delicious welcome dinner to the daily cleaning, every detail was thoughtfully managed. The garden and terrace were highlights for us. We enjoyed all our meals outside, and our daughter absolutely loved playing in the garden with other kids. It felt incredibly safe and family-friendly. The views from the apartment were stunning, adding to the relaxing vibe of the whole stay. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and warm place to stay in Corfu. We’d love to come back!

We had the most perfect stay, the pace is absolutely stunning - the photos don't fully do the justice to the view, and being able to take it in from comfortable sofas on a covered terrace was a huge plus. Very close to the sea, I loved going to sleep hearing the waves. The interior is quite pretty, more cozy than the typical basic Airbnb, there are really cool slanted high wooden ceilings. Lots of nice little details like some basics to cook with. The host was really kind and has even let us extend our checkout by a few hours when one of my friends wasn't feeling well on our last day. Would 100% recommend <3 <3 <3

Lovely place , we had great 4 days with our kids, easy access to the beach , they helped us to organise a boat tour too to paxos and antipaxos
