Monthly Rentals in Awendaw

We stayed for 3 months over the summer. It was perfect for us. The space is private and included all the necessities. The host and his son were responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend

Visiting Kim’s cottage was a pleasure. With off street parking and a private courtyard, the cottage is gracious and welcoming from the beginning. The cottage itself was clean, new and tastefully decorated, making good use of color, texture and form throughout. Furniture was comfortable and entire cottage was peaceful. We enjoyed our four nights there and heartily recommend Kim’s cottage.

Amazing views, especially at sunset! House next door was closer than expected but we never saw anyone. Camper was clean and had everything we needed. Kids bunk mattresses were not thick and a plasticy mattress pad on primary bed crinkled and woke me at night but we really enjoyed the stay.

Joseph (Zach) was very responsive and when we needed something, he was quick to help us out! The place was easy to access and it had everything we needed! He was friendly and the place looked exactly like the pictures! If we are in the area again, we would absolutely come back! Thanks for being so generous! :)
