Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ayent

Anne Lise is friendly and accommodating. The chalet is beautiful, super renovated, warm and it lacks almost nothing. The view is fantastic, the amenities cozy. I recommend EVERYONE to try to rent this chalet, experience Anne Lise and enjoy Zinal.

Cozy and lovely place. Minutes walking from the slopes, but if you want something more you can drive 30 minutes to Verbier. Simon is a great host.

Claudia is a very accommodating host and was very concerned for our well-being. Easy and fast response time. The house has a great view and keeps what it promises. All rooms, simple and cozy. Attention is paid to details. We felt very comfortable from the first minute. With Planchamp and Fontanivent train station, Montreux train station is 7 minutes away. Merci Claudia

From the moment we booked to the time we left, Claudia was extremely responsive and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us with ideas for our stay and made us feel welcome from the start. The house is exactly as pictured, but the pictures don't do the view justice. It is just breathtaking. The automatic shades open in the morning and reveal the mountains for you to admire while drinking your cup of coffee in bed. Overall, I highly recommend Claudia's home for its convenience to the train, the views, and the high-end amenities that make the home very comfortable.

We have had a memorable time at Maja's house. There are 11 people in our group. Our children loved this house a lot. It was the first time they saw snow falling down from the sky, they were so excited. However, we had an unexpected heavy snow on the second day of our stay. The next day, I think we have about 1 m thick snow. The road to the village was closed. There was no electricity for the whole village. We have got the news and helpful instruction from our host from time to time. We really appriciate their help. We booked Maja's place for 2 nights but we could not get out from the village due to the thick snow. Maja let us stay at her place for some more nights free of charge until the road open and we can drive out from the village. Our children were still having good time with snow. Above all, we feel save and sound staying in this house and village. The neigbour is very nice. We met many people in the village , they are so friendly to us. Thank you very much for everything.

My family and I had a fantastic and memorable holiday staying at Marco’s beautiful mountain chalet. The walk in from the road felt like a fun mini adventure when we arrived after dark (need head torches!). We felt instantly at home in the chalet, which is spacious, cosy, and well equipped. We woke up to most incredible views - down precipitous slopes to the deep valley beneath us and up to the snow covered peaks- and absolute peace and quiet. The only sounds were the chalet cat purring, and birdsong and bees in the morning. The whole place was a joy! We skied at Zermatt, Saas Fee, and Riederalp- all excellent. On other days we went hiking and exploring, and thoroughly enjoyed the wood fired hot tub and sauna. The place is rustic and traditional in character, but also comfortable and functional. You can see the love and care that has gone into it all. Marco was super helpful and responsive. We would love to visit again! Thank you for sharing such a special place.

An amazing weekend getaway in the mountains. Fantastic layout inside, cozy fireplace and stunning view from the yard / breakfast nook area. Will definitely come back!

I absolutely enjoyed the home. Silvia was the best host I have ever had. The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Silvia was a wonderful host-friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The kitchen had everything I needed! The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true home away from home. Great little apartment in a beautiful chalet away from the tourist hot spots. The 25 min walk from the Wengen train station is definitely worth it for this peaceful spot. Lots to do in the area although note that April and May are off peak season and so many of the hotels and restaurants are closed. We still found places open and the apartment has good cooking facilities and a lovely sunny terrace so no need to eat out much anyway. The private sauna located in the bathroom was an amazing bonus after a days hiking!

Spacious apartment with beautiful views. The terrace was absolutely lovely to sit on in the sun after a day of skiing. Fantastic location - easily walkable to town yet quiet and peaceful. Very clean when we arrived with a well-appointed kitchen. The host was responsive and kind to messages and questions. Overall, recommend staying here.

+ Very easy check in and out + Had everything you can think of.. and even more! + Kitchen was complete and had equipment for traditional swiss food, pots, pans, etc. + The big rooms and bathrooms were modern and the smaller rooms had the traditional swiss chalet style + Bedcovers, linen, towels were provided + Complimentary nespresso capsules - Parking can only be around 2 cars in front of the location. - Dining table did not fit our group but we used the table from the balcony as a solution Thank you for the easy and smooth rental!

The hosts are friendly, proactive and quick to answer. The chalet is just as presented, with a very pleasant terrace, a nice view on the mountains opposite and many walking possibilities close by. A very enjoyable stay!

Clean, well equipped cabin, enough space for two of us, in a peaceful neighbourhood and only 10 minute walk into centre of Chamonix or up to brevent lift! We did find the climb to be steep, but doable! The bedroom is accessible by trap door down a ladder, which was initially cool but strange to us sleeping on the ground level, felt a little claustrophobic for us. However overall a lovely stay and host very flexible for extending dates.

Very cosy cabin. It is very small but has everything you need including coffee, sugar and extra kitchen things. I would recommend the cabin for 2-3 days stay, not for longer vacation. I already knew the area and didn’t have a problem with it but bear in mind that there is a steep road just before the property. Make sure that you have the key code the day before as we had a small delay with it. Lovely cabin. Beautiful area and picturesque view from the veranda.

We had a wonderful time in your home. First and foremost the house itself: so beautiful, soothing, tastefully furnished and very cozy. We felt right at home there and also our children played there for hours. And then that view, I can't imagine this ever getting used to. In addition, it is also a super nice region, every trip we were amazed by the beauty of the region. It was a really successful vacation! We'd love to come back here again.

A lovely cabin apartment. Great beds. Lovely fire with lots of wood. Very quiet location in a valley with great parking availability and excellent recommendations in the guest book.

Nick has always been responsive to my requests and questions and arranging with my arrival time possibilities in mind Location matches description in photos The view of the mountains is beautiful whether you are on the terrace and even some rooms The linens available were enough and smelled good.

Christophes Maiensäss is located at 1900 M - high above Evolène - and offers fantastic views of Dent Blanche and Cervin (Matterhorn), especially from the sun terrace. Here you can also spend nice evening hours at the fire bowl. The Maiensäss can be reached via a somewhat adventurous but mobile pull path from Evolène. Christophe greeted us very nicely in Evolène and accompanied us at the first driveway. He can be reached at any time. The Maiensäss is very clean and cozy and decorated with a lot of love. The building technology - solar power, gas for cooking and hot water for showering - works perfectly. Short and long mountain hikes can be taken directly from Mayen, e.g. Lac d’Arbey (with good Buvette) or Pic Artsinol (3000 m). In Evolène there is a well-stocked coop with free Wi-Fi - not completely unimportant for German tourists with EU data roaming;). We really enjoyed our holiday week and would be happy to come back.
