Large apartment with 3 rooms, 1 living room, 2 large balconies in the center of Ayvalik Sarımsaklı, 200 meters walking distance from the beach. There is no water problem in the house where families can stay comfortably. High-speed Wi-Fi. Located on the 1st floor of the 4-story building. 2 bedrooms have double beds and wardrobes, and 1 room has 3 single beds and wardrobes. A few minutes walk from all grocery stores, market place, the apartment has dishwasher,washing machine, inverter air conditioning, TV with satellite receiver. I speak English fluently.

It has a Residential Permit for Tourism Purposes Approved by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey. It is 500 meters from Ayvalık Port and bus station, 5 minutes from Kırlangıç Shopping Mall, marketplace and market. It is centrally located on the minibus line to Sarımsaklı and Cunda. You can stay with your loved ones in our spacious, clean, tidy 3+1 apartment with parking and a large balcony overlooking the sea. It is a booster apartment, not affected by the year-round water outage in Ayvalık. There is no Wi-Fi.

Our house with a view of the Kaz Mountains is suitable for summer and winter accommodation, there is a central heating system, air conditioning, a workspace, wifi, two closed glass balconies, 1 open balcony, electric shutters and mosquito nets, there are 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms receive light and sea views. Upon request, a parking baby bed and a pull-out single bed are provided. It is 450 meters away from the famous İğdeli beach, but close to all other beaches.
