It has 3 floors and 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom-toilet, a patio, air conditioning, a washing machine, a mini fridge, a television, tea, coffee and a toaster, and sufficient kitchen utensils and equipment for 6 people to stay with their loved ones at the same time. Due to the stone feature of our historical Greek house, you will be able to experience the coolness on the lower floor and the sea view on the upper floor.

You can reach Cunda, Sarimsaklı by car in 10/15 minutes, 10 minutes walking distance to Ayvalık square. A lovely 3-storey stone Greek house with a garden and magnificent sea views. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, WC. Middle floor: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, bathroom, WC. Upper floor: terrace with magnificent sea view, seating area, 1 double bed and armchair. There are lemon and olive trees in the garden. Cleanliness is very important. You can drive to the front of the house, but you can park on the upper street.
