On the day of your arrival, this little cocoon will welcome you between 5pm and 11:30pm (or even from 2pm depending on availability). You will enter independently thanks to a procedure that I will send you around 3 p.m. (in pdf by WhatsApp or in photo by SMS). I will of course remain available at that time if you have any questions or concerns, as well as throughout the stay. On your checkout date, you can leave the property until 12:30 p.m. at the latest. Instructions will be noted on the front door.

Two terraces, one of which is 30 m², garden, access to swimming pool and outdoor games shared with the owners. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet. Second floor: bedroom with private shower room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet. Electric heating + wood-burning stove. Free baby equipment upon request.

Nature lovers will find their happiness in the 45 m2 COSMOS house on the edge of the forest. You will enjoy the calm and greenery 14 km north/east of Toulouse. The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Apartment in Lavaur city center

Renovated apartment, downtown Lavaur, quiet and bright on the 3rd floor of our family home. Independent access by stairs or private elevator. Ideal for one night as well as for a long stay. Bed sheets, bath towels, and exit cleaning are included in the price. Remote work will be possible thanks to the internet connection and the office area. Close to the shops of the city center, possibility of free parking in the neighborhood Shared pool (adults, older children)

Ground floor apartment in Saint Sulpice

We are a small family of two and live on the first floor of our house; in a very quiet and pleasant residential area. We are a 5-minute walk from all the amenities of the city center; 10 minutes from the train station and 20 minutes from Toulouse. We have arranged the ground floor of our house so we can accommodate you. The apartment is therefore completely refurbished. We'll be happy to make sure you have a great stay. I like to receive and welcome travelers, exchange, share, communicate with them and share my knowledge of Toulouse: the narrow streets, the small squares, the banks of the Garonne, the Canal du Midi… I can help you find your way around. I will do everything to make you feel at home in my apartment: it is bright and very quiet. (Please note: the kitchen is not equipped with a microwave oven).

Enjoy a home located on the banks of the Garonne, in the heart of Toulouse, bright and with unobstructed views. Close to tourist attractions and places to go out, you can visit Toulouse on foot. A nearby bar can generate noise on some evenings, but our double glazed windows installed in November 2025 allow for good insulation. If necessary, earplugs are also provided. During the day the accommodation is quiet.

We don't accept rentals longer than a month.
