You will enter independently thanks to a procedure that I will send you around 3 p.m. (in pdf by WhatsApp or in photo by SMS). I will of course remain available at that time if you have any questions or concerns, as well as throughout the stay. On your checkout date, you can leave the property until 12:30 p.m. at the latest. Instructions will be noted on the front door.

The O'Lacalin cottage, nestled in the middle of the woods, offers the calm of the countryside while being close to the A68 (Axe Toulouse/Albi access in 3min), and the amenities of the city (5km). This cottage completely redone in Neuf in 2024 is ideal for convivial moments for families or groups of friends. Sleeps 10, with 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a large living space. The most that makes the place peaceful and very pleasant: a very large terrace with stunning views of the lake from the property!

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)
