For me, it was a wonderful week overall. The apartment is functional and cozy at the same time. And comparatively very spacious. Gonçalo is a particularly good host. Always and quickly accessible. He responds clearly and is attentive to the traveler. During my stay, there was construction work in neighboring apartments, which was carried out during the day but naturally not done in a whispering manner. He responded immediately and quickly proposed a good solution. The noise on Friday and Saturday from the bar on the ground floor mentioned in other feedback was barely noticeable and did not bother me at all. I'll be happy to come back!

We really like the place for our month-long stay! The location of the property is its strong point, very close to the beach of Carcavelos, to restaurants, with nearby shops as well. The hosts are very polite, friendly and helpful. We recommend the site!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment has a very nice sea view and you can easily enjoy the beach, cafes and restaurants around and the boardwalk along the beach. There is a Spar downstairs from the building which can be very convenient. It's a place that allows you to do a lot of things: houseboat and the islands around, Obidos , Nazare and Alcaçoba. We were coming from Lisbon and did some nice steps on the way: Cascais , guncho, Cabo da roca . We only stayed two nights and a day but with a little more time, we would have stayed an extra day to enjoy the beach and infrastructure.

The place is awesome. The view is beautiful and the apartment felt bigger than on the photos. We felt really good and could watch the waves all day to time the surf with the good tide and less people. It was perfect to go walk around and eat some sushis , pizza or steak just around the place. I will go back again when I’m hitting Caparica

Well, first I start by talking about David's extreme friendliness, he was a super welcoming person, gave us great advice and was always ready to help us, very attentive and helpful, in relation to David's house, the house is very beautiful, it is super super welcoming, we felt very good and super comfortable, it has an incredibly beautiful view and is close to the beach, it was a wonderful stay, I would definitely repeat it! 🥰🥰

We stayed for 2 months the apartment was perfect in its location and facilities, including regular cleaning and safe parking for our car. However at this time of year it can be cold and there were only some small electric heaters in the apartment. But Luis is a very good host, he met us with food and wine on the first night and continued to check on us throughout our stay. He went out of his way to find me a swimming pool nearby, to give us some extras we needed, and his recommendations for places to eat were fantastic, we tried them all and he brought us out the last night! Thank you Luis!

Ralph is a very attentive and personable host who communicated well throughout our stay with great recommendations for the local area. The house itself is simple and was perfect for what we were looking for, no frills but good amenities and very well located. Praia das macas is a very beautiful place, we could have stayed much longer + will be back! If you are looking for a totally anonymous and self contained Airbnb experience then this probably isn’t for you as Ralph (host) is more present than we are typically used to with Airbnb - the check in is in person rather than keyless and so on. However, with the recommendations, provided maps and detail about the town it was a very welcome addition to have an English speaking host who actively wanted to provide a good experience. If you are considering this area - go! One of the best places we have ever visited as a couple and all of the locals were extremely friendly.

We had an amazing stay at Bruno and Rita's property. It was so easy to just chill out and relax. The home had everything we needed with easy walks to grab food and hangout at the beach. The bed was super comfortable and the view from the bed and sound of the waves, was on point, it felt like the best dream before we fell asleep. Bruno is a kind and helpful host. It was fun and interesting to visit with him. We felt great energy from the host family.

Great house, close to great surf beaches and 10 mins drive to town. House had all the amenities you could want, we had a great weeks holiday. Thanks

We had a lovely stay. Joao is very friendly and welcoming. Everything is as advertised and it's a show every day to open the door of the house on the ocean. Surf lesson in front of the house, very good neighboring restaurant. I recommend her house.

Second time staying here. Love it. White Sandy Beach is right outside your door step. Ample choice of restaurants and cafes right on the door step. Will highly recommend.

David has been one of the best host I ever met. He is super profesional, friendly, adaptable and makes you feel like home. He has been on top of everything and the house is stunning. Amazing location, super funcional and very cozy. 10/10

César was very attentive and helped us a lot in the check in and checkout. The house has a peaceful sunset view at home and all amenities for a 3 family. The psychina is huge. It is not in the center, but it is easy to walk or bike. I recommend it to those who want to visit Santa Cruz

It's a big and beautiful apartment. Co-host Eduardo was very friendly and attentive. If something came up, they responded quickly and adequately.

We had everything we needed:) Ricardo was very friendly and accommodating, after no one was at the property before and after us, we were also able to postpone the check-in/out to our liking! Everything was clean and the amenities were exactly as described. Value is great! The house is a little clairvoyant, but the neighbors usually only make noise during the day, at night with closed windows it is very quiet. We would come back:)

The place is beautiful! The spectacular sunsets, beautiful walks in the area and the trips to Sesimbra were so great. I can only rave about how incredible this area is. The property has a very nice view in a quiet location. Shopping and great restaurants are also nearby. Lisbon is about 40 minutes by car on a pleasant route. Many stunning beaches are just a few minutes away. Elisette was a wonderful host. She was super responsive to all concerns and always helped, no matter how small the issue was. Their recommendations are also great. I can only recommend a stay at this property to everyone, it is definitely worth a visit! ☀️🐚

This was our second time staying in sesimbra, it's a beautiful town, beautiful. beach and lots of lovely local restaurants. we were delighted with the apartment, spacious bedrooms, and living area. The pool is super and the games room a great asset. Only small criticism is the kitchen would benefit from better/fresh cleaning products, the sponges were old/used sweeping brush wasn't great, and the hoover was low performing. We like to keep the house clean each day. Everything else about the apartment is super, lots of towels, big tv, great wifi. We would recommend!

we loved our stay at Tiago's property overall. there were minor hiccups (checking in was a little difficult, but luckily our Uber driver was able to translate and help, after that smooth sailing). The apartment has the most incredible view, breathtaking, stunning. it is walkable but not as fun with little kiddos, there is over 140 stairs going up and down to the beach. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. There was a concern for dresser that fell over, luckily my child was mildly injured, and I do believe they will take care of it soon. we initially planned to stay for 9 months, but we didn't just love Tiago's property, we fell in love with Sesimbra and decided to stay long term (so we had to find a more permanent living arrangement). I have already recommended his property to family and friends and will stay here in the future. Muito obrigada Tiago

We spent 2 weeks in Jose’s apartment with our 10-month baby. Everything went well, the place was cozy, clean and safe. The real highlight was the marvelous ocean view from the spacious balcony. Jose was very helpful and gave good recommendations via messages. There was a calm and relaxing atmosphere in the apartment, with just the equipment needed for a little family. The apartment and the view are even better than they look in the photos. Overall Jose’s place and Sesimbra gave us an unforgettable holiday, and we miss it already.
