This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Well equipped, it has a beautiful living room and a pleasant terrace. Ideally located near the Canal du Midi, between Homps and Azille, in a pleasant, tree-lined residence with a swimming pool, this property will allow you to discover the sights of the Minervois (the mediaeval towns of Minerve and Lagrasse, the city of Carcassonne, and the Cabrespine cave). Sheets and towels can be provided for an extra charge (10 euros per bed, 2 euros per towel).

My beautiful house is spacious and has a dining area for 12 people both inside and outside. Large bedrooms with space for extra mattresses / cots. Good hotel beds. Two full bathrooms, one shower and two WC rooms. Air conditioning in all bedrooms except in the annex. Wifi / TV package is installed. Large laundry room, outdoor kitchen, storage room. Major upgrade around the pool, outdoor shower. The pool is open from May until November. Rented out on weekly basis. preferably check in Saturday

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

In the garden there is a portico, ping-pong table and bicycles that are at your disposal during your stay to spend a pleasant holiday with family or friends
