As it is a private rental that can accommodate up to 12 people, it is recommended not only for family or group trips, but also for couples and small groups. We only welcome one group of customers per day. Part of the building is the host couple's room, so the whole building is not rented out.However, the privacy of the guest's accommodation area is fully guaranteed. The neighborhood is a very quiet area dotted with fields and homes, and you can hear the birds singing in the morning. There are many sightseeing spots such as production direct markets, hot springs, and cycling roads nearby, so I recommend staying overnight. You can also go to Kamikochi and Hakuba on a day trip. It is surrounded by a quiet residential area, so please refrain from chatting loudly outside.Smoking is prohibited both inside the building and on the premises.Thank you for your cooperation. Parking is available for up to 2 regular cars. You can also rent bicycles (up to 3). If you are coming by train, the nearest station is Toyoshina Station on the JR Oito Line.From there, it takes 15 minutes by taxi, which costs around ¥2,000.Please note that we do not offer a pick-up service. 　 Nagano Prefecture introduced an accommodation tax on 1 June 2026.An accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night will be charged, and from 1 June 2029, this will increase to 300 yen.
