The apartment is located in the green Hattingen district of Winzermark, on a hill with a beautiful view – directly on hiking trails, fields and bike paths, only 10 minutes from the historic old town. You won't find any big city hustle and bustle here – instead, you'll find peace, comfort and nature right on your doorstep.

Cozy and lovingly furnished apartment in the countryside with wallbox. The 36 sqm apartment is located in a 2-family house in which we and a daughter with child live. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and a laundry closet. The living room is connected to the sleeping area (a double bed), optically separated by a sideboard with a TV. The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker and other accessories.

Amenities: up to 6 sleeping places (2 beds and 1 sofa bed), LED TV with satellite channels, DVD player, stereo/HiFi system, fridge, freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee + pod machine, toaster, blender, kettle, egg cooker and more. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. No pets.

Upstairs you will find the stylishly furnished bathroom with rain shower, as well as the bedroom and study. The study leads to the living room on the top floor with a large Smart TV and couch.

The apartment has a bathroom, a separate kitchenette and a living area as well as a terrace – ideal for two, optionally for four people. Just in the middle of the countryside, now in the city: Hattingen city center can be reached in a few minutes by car, Bochum-Linden is also only 4 km away and the Ruhr is even less.

Hello dear guests, my wife Birthe and I are renting out a small but nice 45 sqm 2 room apartment in Bochum Linden in an absolutely quiet, green location at the end of a private street. The Ruhr Valley, which is very close, invites you to spend your leisure time close to nature. There is plenty to discover to the right and left of the Ruhr Valley cycle path. A car parking space right outside the door is available free of charge.

From this charming little place to stay, it is not far to the shops of the suburban district or to the Ruhr University Bochum. Fast bus to the city center, bus to RUB. Location on the first floor, private entrance, quiet*, in the countryside; private parking. The large arenas in Bochum, Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen are easily accessible by bus and train.

We offer two fully furnished, high-quality and identically furnished apartments in our attic. These have a bedroom with a single bed (90cmx200cm), a kitchen-living room and a shower room with toilet. Ruhr University, the German Lawyers Institute (Vita Campus), and the BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes.
