The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Lechtaler Alpen vacation home Our cottage with its cozy apartments is located at the entrance of the Madautal valley, where you can experience the beauty of the mountains. Enjoy the fantastic view to the upper Lechtal and the surrounding mountains. Start your hiking or biking tour directly at your doorstep. The cross-country ski trail in winter is only two-three turns away. Everything else can easily be reached by bus - bus stop about 200m away.

Garden apartment in the mountains

In the Austrian Alps in the heart of Landeck is this small, west-facing, 56 square meter garden apartment. The train station (long-distance transport) is a 10-minute walk. In the immediate vicinity there is a pharmacy and a Spar. The city center and swimming pool are within walking distance. The surrounding skiing and hiking areas are also connected by bus. For those with a car, there is also a parking space at the house.
