The place is awesome and Flo is a great host & so easily approachable… I will visit this place again as we couldn’t explore much due to our short stay.. The apartment is cozy & clean… Will book Flo’s place again for sure, this time at least for 5 days😊… Thanks a lot Flo for our comfortable stay.

Ramona was an amazing host, the Apartment was unbelievable with views you can only dream of. Ramona and her family were very kind. We would highly recommend this location. The bathroom door is a sliding glass door that doesn’t lock and our 2yr old doesn’t understand personal space or privacy. Plenty of space and very clean.

My sons (25 and 13) and I used and enjoyed the apartment during our ski vacation. We would come back any time and were totally thrilled with the location, the amenities and Marcel's open, friendly and courteous manner. Simply great!

We felt very welcome from the first moment and were welcomed extremely warmly by Maria. The apartment is large, was super clean and modern and furnished to a high standard. In addition to a spacious bathroom, a cozy bedroom, an additional storage room, a possibility to park the skis and ski boots in the basement, there is a really great kitchen-living room with unobstructed views of the mountains thanks to a large window front through which the sun accompanies breakfast in the morning. There is also a huge balcony here, which we could not use too much in winter (except for the existing folding drying rack), but it definitely invites you to come back in the summer. The kitchen was super equipped with numerous high quality electrical appliances, the bed in the bedroom comfortable, the shower in the bathroom large. Thanks to the underfloor heating, it was pleasantly tempered in the entire apartment. Thank you, happy to come back! :)

This charming place is perfectly located at the foot of the Alps — an ideal stopover for travelers driving from Munich and Neuschwanstein Castle to Innsbruck, just about halfway along the route. It’s perfect for those who don’t want to drive for too many hours at once and are looking for a beautiful village to rest and recharge. The sunshine was wonderful, and the view of the Alps right outside the window was simply stunning. There’s a very comfortable lounge chair outside, great for relaxing or enjoying a smoke with the mountains as your backdrop. The living room was spacious, and the TV was excellent — a real bonus for a cozy evening indoors. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the dining area was quite dim, with no main light, which made dinners a bit darker than we would have liked. Still, overall it was a peaceful and memorable stay in a truly beautiful location!

There were four of us for a ski weekend in Frieda's place. We enjoyed it very much: By car, the Kühtai ski resort can be reached in about 30 minutes and in the evening we could cook together and sit together comfortably in the accommodation. We had to get salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, but otherwise there was nothing missing in the kitchen for cooking. Communication with Frieda was always friendly and fast. We can definitely recommend the place.

The house is located in a quiet area with a view of the snow-capped mountains. There are also several ski resorts nearby in winter. The house is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cleaning equipment.

What a great experience with you, Sabine! Great, well-kept apartment with two bedrooms, each with an extra table. Perfect for our workation! Also the sauna downstairs with The relaxation area was really nice 😍 The surroundings were also wonderful and you have so many nature experiences right around the corner. We felt very comfortable.
