It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Cool in summer, warm in winter, thanks to clay walls and cellulose insulation. The water is heated by solar thermal energy; if the sun is not enough for heating, wood pellets are used. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In the silence, there is a lot of coziness. A large forest stretches right outside the front door and is ideal for couples and families who like to go on excursions and are close to nature. Parking is ample. The apartment is located in the attic (2nd floor) of Germany's only Sweden house settlement right on the edge of the forest. It is located in Borkwalde 35 km from Potsdam. Welcome!

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay.
