I loved the place and exactly what was promised was fulfilled. I needed a break from the noisy everyday life and had therefore explicitly searched for quiet accommodations and landed an absolute hit with this house. Everything was quiet and clean and I had a fantastic time!

We had a super nice time in the colorful chaos in the countryside: incredibly beautiful nature, wonderful silence and a wonderfully cozy cottage. So, so beautiful, we will be happy to come back!

Check in short and crisp, more amenities than expected (e.g. we didn't know about the IR cabin), everything clean, good surroundings, checkout also short and crisp.

We had a very relaxing time at Svenja & Alex's place. The house is very cozy, the garden and balcony wonderful for sunbathing and the magnificent nature around it invites you to long hikes. Our two small dogs were also very enthusiastic. Communication was impeccable - Alex and Svenja were quick to help us if we had any questions. We highly recommend the house and would be happy to come back. Thank you for everything!

We were two couples and one single person (who stayed in the cute and very cosy tiny house) and two small dogs. The house was super clean, very welcoming and was decorated and furnished in a wonderfully simple, lovely and functional way. Fabulously free of kitsch and fuss. Although it was relatively cool weather during our stay, we still made a lot of use of the spacious back verandah for long breakfasts and dinners. The BBQ worked well, but somehow we ran out of time to make use of the open fire place, so we'll just have to come back! The huge garden with a wide lawn and trees is delightfully green and the pretty strings of lights make the whole space look so magical even at night. The tiny house, complete with its own mini verandah and fairy lights is a perfect retreat for those who like to have a little privacy away from the main house. We loved staying here and went on lots of beautiful hikes in the nearby forests a short drive away.

We really enjoyed the whole family and dogs with Mr. Jiří, it was great, beautiful, big garden, gazebo for grilling and sitting by the fire pit. The house was beautifully clean and well-decorated, we didn't miss anything. Thank you

The shepherd's wagon in an idyllic place is worth a trip for those who like to discover nature, seek tranquility and are looking for back to the roots;) there was everything people need in practical things.

The house is ideal for a vacation, it has all the amenities in perfect condition. Kitchen with all the tools, fireplace, bbq. One bath and two showers. Jacuzzi and sauna. Green lawn with volleyball net. The village is very quiet. Host is very nice and responsive.

Everything great! Very clean and nicely decorated. Everything works flawlessly. For not as attentive readers as me: no wifi and it is an apartment, not a house with garden (display was truthful, but I assumed it for any reason and that could happen to others). Our daughter really liked the teeny bay over the living room:)

We stayed at John's place for 2 nights. The cottages are really superbly furnished and are not too small for a family of 4. So here you can also stand it longer. 😊 In the kitchen and bathroom, things like coffee filters, salt, shampoo, toilet paper were available to avoid having to go shopping right away - except food of course. 😉 You can walk right by the house into the forest. 👍 It was not so quiet with us on the WE, which is certainly the case - because there was a dog tournament with us. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend the accommodation and we will definitely come back.

Nice apartment overlooking the city for 2 people. The check-in process was very easy. We just missed a window curtain or blinds, it was a full moon, so it was hard to sleep. I recommend staying with Lucie.

This is our third time staying with Oliver and, as always, super satisfied with both the uncomplicated handling and the house itself, in which we felt at home!

We were an agency of 11 people for 5 days at Andrea's for workation and team building. The log cabin is very nice, the surroundings quiet and fantastic and we had a great time there. The log cabin meets all specifications, is spacious for many people and has a nice kitchen. We went hiking and visited Karlovy Vary. Andrea was always easily accessible and we will definitely recommend the place!

We stayed for two nights with a dog, in a room on the ground floor. And I want to say that we were completely satisfied, although sometimes we are picky about the property. Everything was great here. We really liked the bedding and the wide beds. The hosts left us gifts and it was very nice. We were also allowed to use the barbecue for free and given firewood. The yard is closed and, with the permission of the hosts, we sometimes let the dog walk there. I will also add that the village is very beautiful and it's nice to walk there.

Very good accommodation and warm hospitality for people+dog. There were two of us with two dogs and we all felt very comfortable. The place is equipped as described and everything was very clean. Kay and his family were always available and very friendly. There was a welcome gift for people and animals, as well as wood for the fire basket. We were even able to get into the property earlier and out later. Since we planned hikes, we got our money's worth, because the location is optimal to start directly from the front door. The accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest, so it was just wonderfully quiet and relaxed for everyone. We would happily come back, with more time for more hiking routes. We felt very comfortable with the two of them. We were received personally and warmly. We came with a dog and there was a small dog bowl and good treats as a welcome gift for her, as well as a sparkling wine for New Year's Eve and two good beers for us. We were able to reach them both easily at any time. But we didn't need to use this, as we had everything we needed. For the dog there were many dirt roads to walk on (but also now and then deer to see which was nice for us and very exciting for the dog). We had one of the most beautiful sunsets there that we've seen in a long time. Thank you, we highly recommend it.

Very cozy flat, you feel comfortable from the beginning. Daniel is very friendly and helpful. Daniel lives with his wife above the apartment, so always approachable,you still enjoy your privacy. Bikes could be parked in his garage. Our kids loved the house chickens. Definitely our apartment for the next family visit in Hof.

Perfect for anyone who needs relaxation and nature! I was in the tiny house with my little dog for two nights and it was exactly as I imagined it.
