We stayed there for four days in good weather and drove to Berlin daily from there. We were also happy to stay a few days longer to see the surrounding area. The house had a really nice decor and was clean. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. Parking was also provided.

A surprising discovery off the beaten track. Half of our group traveled by train and taxi, which is unfortunately still not fun in this region. But the house compensated for this with numerous direct and indirect contemporary historical associations, large rooms, a large meadow and plenty of peace. We felt very comfortable. A heartfelt thank you to the hosts who maintain the house with so much love and good taste.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The modern design of the house harmonizes perfectly with the breathtaking nature around it. The tranquility is simply indescribable and invites you to relax. Particularly noteworthy is the great contact with Nico, who was always available to us quickly and helpful. A real highlight is the wellness oasis in the garden – here you could really relax. The house is well furnished, there was nothing missing. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back!

Manfred's house is beautiful. He decorated it with a lot of taste and love for detail. We immediately felt very comfortable there. Especially from the 1st floor you also have a great view of the small harbor. The nature around the Zerpenschuuse is very idyllic and a wonderful contrast to the hectic big city life. We will definitely come back again. 😃

For the 2nd time we had booked the place and it was all wonderful again! The location to the S-Bahn with which you are quickly in the city center or at the airport and the quiet surroundings are top. There was nothing missing in the house. Glad to come back!

This house and property is so so beautiful, 10/10 recommend!!! My friends and I had the best time there, so peaceful, the sunsets and sunrises are something else!! We’d love to come back in summer!

The stay was just wonderful – just the kind of peace and quiet you want after the hustle and bustle of a big city. The idyllic location and the fantastic views have provided pure relaxation and immediately put us in the holiday mood. As a group, it was incredibly difficult for us to leave this lovingly furnished house after just two days – we felt so comfortable. A special highlight was the spacious barbecue, which gave us cozy evenings under the open air. If you value peace, comfort and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be. We will definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this place!

Marianne was an amazing host. The apartment was amazing, clean bright and comfortable. lovely and quiet best night sleep I have had in ages. Great place to come back to after exploring Berlin. short walk from the urban to the place in addition to bus. lidl is short walk so was able to get the essentials. We would highly recommend staying here.

We felt very comfortable and immediately felt like we were on vacation. The apartment is very well furnished, stylish and thoughtfully equipped. You rarely find such an extensively usable kitchen with large pots, pans and cooking utensils for self-catering. We slept wonderfully quiet and comfortably. The view and location are charming and ideal for excursions directly from the house. Especially on cold days, we really appreciated the gas-powered fireplace and sauna. We thank Christin for the friendly communication and thoughtful service. Of course, we would love to come back anytime. All around a great place for any kind of break. Enjoyed my stay very much! Typical berlin apartment that has everything you would need. The apartment suited me great for working from home as well. Loads of places to eat in the area with the u-bahn 30 sec from away and also fairly close to tempelhof which I enojyed! If you don't mind climbing the stairs to the apartment on the top-floor of the building I recommend booking this 100%!!

Elisabeth and Johannes’s home was absolutely stunning and such a homey place to stay! My partner and I enjoyed the walkability of the neighborhood and the proximity to great food and nightlife. We would definitely stay again during our next trip to Berlin.

The apartment is independent, quiet and very close to a bus stop. Very convenient and host Katrin is friendly and supportive.

This was our second time staying here and it was the perfect getaway for NYE. Lots of routes to walk in the woods around the property with our dogs and a cozy fireplace in the living room. Highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable, especially because the cottage is super child-friendly with sandbox, high chair, children's dishes... and when we wrote Moritz that a few things are missing in toys for infants, he immediately ordered new ones. The house is beautifully decorated, very quiet, was very very clean and tidy. In addition, the house is equipped with top appliances and utensils (in the kitchen, for example), we lacked nothing 🙂

They were great days in a wonderful property. Simply outstanding! The villa itself, but also the surroundings are laid out in such a way that you "have to" relax. The immediate vicinity to the lake is only a small part. We especially appreciated the communication and personal contacts with Michael. Mega reliable and likeable. Thank you very much! Even the easily audible construction noise could not hurt the excellent overall impression. So we were already encouraged in the morning to not sleep too much of the vacation time if possible. 😉 As a conclusion, if you don't want to get to know this property with everything that goes with it, it's your own fault. 😊 We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful idyllic place, lake was populated with swans when we arrived, clean air, peaceful, lots of small farm animals for the kinds to observe.

We had a great weekend in this beautiful house. We were warmly greeted with fresh flowers, a card and a bottle of sparkling wine. We felt immediately comfortable. There was everything your heart desires. The house is decorated with a lot of love and it looks exactly like the pictures. Thanks for the unforgettable time

We spent a great weekend in the house - the house has a great charm, invites you to relax and is super nicely located. Our favorite places were in front of the fireplace, at the large dining table and at the ping pong table :)

The house had 3 nice bedrooms a super well equipped kitchen, it felt home very rapidly. The open space with three dining room and living was very spacious and comfortable and the garden is very nice. The pool was a very nice addition. Depending what your plans are, keep in mind the house is about 15 minutes walk from the S-Bahn. So going in Berlin downtown can take 49-50 minutes. We ended up spending more time in the area than expected and enjoying beautiful hiking and walking spaces.
