Beautiful 2-room old building apartment (built in 1889 - renovated in 2007) with fantastic views of Bad Gastein, bedroom with pine furniture and general ski storage. Suitable for 2-4 people or a family with max. 2 children. A small balcony invites you to linger for the sun's rays in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Laundry room and private outdoor parking space are available. Public charging stations are nearby. Very central and yet located on the outskirts of town with an adjoining mountain trail.

Cozy studio/apartment (+-30m²) in the Lieser- Maltatal Valley. Apartment Snoopy at 1110m altitude is very centrally located between Katschberg & Lungo, the Nock Mountains, Gmünd, Seeboden & Millstättersee. Perfect to discover (Upper) Carinthia! We are looking forward to your visit! Liebe Grüße! - No complete kitchen at the moment. - Not suitable for large/heavy people, we have nothing against large/heavy people, but the name FW Cozy was not chosen by chance ;) everything is a bit compact.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. 100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
