For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Luxe Alpine Chalet (230m2) in Mühlbach voor 10 personen met een fantastisch uitzicht! 5 luxe slaapkamers en 5 luxe badkamers, sauna, openhaard en kookeiland. MIELE apparatuur, SAECO espressomachine, QUOOKER, EV-laadstation (11kW) en veel (gratis) extra's! Gebouwd in 2022 en voorzien van alle moderne gemakken en mooie materialen. De gezellige en warme uitstraling, houten deuren met een hoogte van 220cm en subtiele accenten in het interieur, maken van dit chalet een Top-Chalet!

Luxury Chalet "Saphire"

The beautifully located chalet with stunning views of the Salzburg Dolomites is located in the middle of the 'Dachstein-West' ski resort at an altitude of about 900 m. The chalet is very cozy and modernly furnished with top amenities. Particularly noteworthy are 4 en-suite bedrooms, i.e. with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Our highlight – heated outdoor swim spa with counter-current system. This opens and closes comfortably via an automatic electronic motor control.

Cozy Studio for 2 with Sauna & Mountain View

Cozy, quiet and perfectly located: our 28 m² studio is ideal for couples or solo travelers who want a comfortable base in Bad Gastein. Enjoy a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette with dining area, and a modern shower room with a separate toilet. After a day in the mountains, relax with free access to the shared sauna (daily 4–10 pm) and a small fitness area in the building. The apartment also offers a nice mountain view, and an elevator takes you to every floor.

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.
