Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Through the panoramic window you have a breathtaking view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with a large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linen. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.

Welcome to the apartment for two people, renovated in 2023. The one-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor, an elevator is available.
