Located directly on the forest, you can hike from the apartment on numerous routes into the Harz Mountains or start with the mountain bike. The motorway (A36) makes the place the perfect starting point for excursions in the entire Harz region, as well as in the northern Harz foothills. With about 60 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Die "Birke" liegt im 1. Stock des Hauses und geht über 2 Etagen. Der 1400qm große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Gartenmöbel mit eigenem Sitzbereich und Grillmöglichkeit laden zum Verweilen ein.
