The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. Newly built in the fall of 2016, the house has an upscale, friendly-modern interior - with underfloor heating, fireplace, private sauna, Sky and Netflix and a BOSEbox

Unsere Ferienwohnung im gemütlichen „New Country Style“ lädt zur Erholung und Entspannung ein. Genießen Sie die Outdoor-Sauna in direkter Nähe der Wohnungsterrasse. Entdecken Sie die Region Südharz mit vielen schönen Wander- und Radwegen sowie Wellnessmöglichkeiten. Fussläufig erreichen Sie das Naturschutzgebiet Hainholz-Beierstein. Skilifte, Bikeparks und Sommerrodelbahn befinden sich in ca. 35 Autominuten Entfernung. Haustiere bis zu einer Schulterhöhe von 35 cm sind erlaubt.

It's not just the witch who lives in the witch's room ;-). Our Hexenstube is located on the 11th floor of the Panoramic Hohegeiß (including free swimming pool, children's playground, mini golf course) and offers a magnificent view of the Harz Mountains from the balcony. The Hexenstube can accommodate up to 6 people (including sofa bed). In summer, you can start hiking right in front of the house and in winter there is a beautiful toboggan run right in front of the house.

The cozy, fully equipped two-room apartment at Kurhausstr. 18 offers free Wi-Fi and a large balcony, as well as a swimming pool with sauna area right in the house! Our apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest with access to various hiking trails and guarantees absolute peace and quiet and offers a magnificent view of forest and nature. Enjoy the afternoon sun on our large south-facing balcony or watch the wildlife at dusk and listen to the Riefenbach.

The Harz-Butze, "Arrival" - "Vacation"

Our apartment has about 70 m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The modernized apartment on the 11th floor, tower 3 with direct forest views, contains all the things you need for a comfortable vacation. Box spring bed, Wi-Fi, 2xTV, HIFI-CD, sauna, pool, table tennis and table soccer leave almost nothing to be desired. Free parking in front of the house; the thermal baths are 5 minutes away! ATTENTION from 11/9-23 Swimming pool and sauna are closed.
