The underground parking space can only be used by very small Cars can drive through (duplex parking space; see 'Access for guests').

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Spacious, bright apartment centrally located in Sonthofen - 2 rooms on 67 m² in the attic with balcony, high-quality amenities and free Underground parking. Wellness and a large selection of restaurants are within walking distance. Ideal for excursions, mountain and bike tours, canoeing and whitewater activities. The cross-country ski trail is within walking distance in winter and great ski resorts are only a few kilometers away. The place is great for a staycation or home office.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

In the spacious apartment with a large south-facing balcony with mountain views, small kitchen, two rooms and bathroom, up to four people can relax. Many hiking destinations are very close. In our cozy apartment you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the mountains. There is an activity for everyone in the holiday region. You can feel comfortable as a couple or as a family. On large living room there is a sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00. In the bedroom (no window to the outside, but enough light), there are 2 new box spring beds. The new bathroom features a shower tub, as well as toillette and sinks.

In our apartment Hase you will find space for 2 people in the dining-living-sleeping area. Optionally, a baby crib can be placed. Would you rather sleep in your own room or travel with more than 2 adults? Feel free to take a look at our Fox - our other apartment. With a spacious bathroom and a balcony with wonderful views of the mountains, you can relax wonderfully.
