Kurze Wege ermöglichen maximale Flexibilität während deines Aufenthalts. Das Wasserschloss steht am Ortsrand von Irmelshausen, einem typisch fränkischem Dorf mit Kirche, Fachwerkhäusern in der Öko-Modellregion Rhön-Grabfeld. Die Apartements befinden sich im Schloss Irmelshausen, einem besonders historischem Ambiente. Im Schlosspark kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und die Ruhe genießen. Kinder können dort das Spielhaus, den Sandkasten, die Nestschaukel oder die Slagline und das Trampolin zum toben benutzen, die Erwachsenen ein Buch auf den Daybeds lesen.

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Modern holiday home in the heart of the Grabfeld

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. In his honor, it has become "DER HENKELHOF," where we would like to extend a warm welcome to you. By "we" I mean my parents Heri & Ilona and me. Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. Our apartment is located in the center of Merkershausen, a district of Bad Königshofen. A kitchen with dining table, a living room with sofa bed and TV, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub await you. In the enclosed courtyard there is a barbecue corner with outdoor seating in the countryside. In the house there is another apartment on the upper floor. Parking is free on the street.

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .

Bundorf Castle Mill

Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.

Schweinfurt Eselshöhe apartment for feeling good

Quiet and centrally located accommodation with terrace and modern feel-good atmosphere. The property was completely newly renovated in 2026 and offers everything for a comfortable stay. Swimming pool and zoo are close by. Supermarket and bakery are within easy walking distance – ideal for families, couples and business travelers. Unfortunately the TV is not working No Wi-Fi.
